Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. In certain cases, rebooking may be possible; please contact us for assistance. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Early check-in and late checkout are only available with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee and availability. Guest Responsibilities: Guests agree to use the property responsibly, ensuring no damage occurs and all belongings are respected. Guests will be liable for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. No Smoking, Parties, or Events: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior permission. Right to Terminate: MyCondo Spain reserves the right to terminate a stay without a refund if guests violate the house rules or engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
